Came to this wagamama after doing some shopping in Putney. Haven’t been to a Wagamama since 2022 and it didn’t disappoint the food was great Georgia was super lovely and attentive shout out her! It was my first time getting a Donburi instead of a classic katsu she helped me out allot and kindly gave me recommendations! Thanks again Georgia!… sorry if I spelt your name wrong
I chose to forget my gym session in favor of enjoying a meal at Wagamama, but my initial excitement was quickly diminished by the lackluster food. The service at the restaurant was commendable, yet it could not compensate for the disappointing quality of the dishes. They were notably flavorless, falling short of my expectations for a fulfilling dining experience. Although I had intended to reduce my meat intake, my hunger led me to select a meat dish in search of comfort. Regrettably, the meal did not meet my hopes, and while the staff was very polite and seemed quite occupied, I felt it was more appropriate to eat quietly rather than express my concerns. At the end of my meal, I was asked about leaving a tip. Considering the unsatisfactory food quality, I chose not to leave one, a decision I shared with the staff, who seemed to appreciate my viewpoint.
Small well run Wagamama. A small negative - the beaches are bolted to the floor so....
Really nice friendly staff, great atmosphere. Customer service was on point, food was perfect and even gave me add ons to match my specific request :) Staff made sure everything was okay with the food and if we needed anything regularly. Thank you
We went to have dinner with friends. The service was slow....unfortunately, not organised. The staff members said they were understaffed, perhaps this was the reason. We asked for beansprouts to be removed from a main. The dish came with beansprouts anyway and I had to turn it back again. One of the drinks came with wrong size option. One of the sides (gyozas) was not even served and we were almost finishing the dinner. Rice and salad didn't taste fresh. Chocolate cake dessert was a bomb of sugar. The food was average quality, the service was bad (the staff was friendly though). The restaurant is overpriced and poorly managed. Won't return.
